1. Go to your Internet Service Provider's Web Mail interface.

Ex: https://webmail.cfl.rr.com

2. Type your Road Runner master account or sub account user ID and password (Case sensitive) or your e-mail username and password for your ISP. then click Login.

Note: Some ISP's like Earthlink require your full e-mail address to log in.

3. Once you have logged in, you will get a screen similar to the one above. Click the Options tab (the last one on the navigation bar at top)

4. Click the Settings button at left.

5. Under the Mail Forwarding section of the Settings page, type in your Mail-Block mail address (username@cfl.mail-block.com). Then click on Save Changes.

6. That's it. All e-mail sent to the Road Runner account you configured will now be filtered through your Mail-Block account.

Note: If you haven't already changed your POP3 server in your e-mail client, instructions are available at http://www.cfl.mail-block.com/email.cfm.
